Employees must be 18 or older and able to work on site in Agawam, MA and with our Mobile Axe Throwing unit. The Agawam Axe House is an Equal Opportunity Employer. You must be available Fri/Sat/Sun and willing to travel with/to the Mobile Unit.

Our Team Member’s responsibilities include:

  • Friday, Saturday and Sundays are a must.
  • Must be ready, willing and able to travel.
  • Taking reservations.
  • Greeting/checking in guests.
  • Teaching guests the rules and safety precautions and enforcing them.
  • Teaching guests how to throw axes and coaching them as they play the games.
  • Guiding the guests through the games and keeping score.
  • Giving guests the best experience they’ve ever had.
  • Selling merchandise to the guests.
  • Maintaining and cleaning the facility.
  • There will be part-time and potential full-time Coach positions available, based on overall scheduling needs.
