We had yet another amazing season for our 2021 Spring Co-Ed league. With a couple of new-comers, and regulars the season turned out thrilling and an absolute blast.
Firstly, we love our leagues, and that’s because our League Members make it awesome! The support for one-another, the friendly competition, the friendships that are built are all what make our Leagues amazing. So, from us at the Axe House – thank you! Thank you for joining the League and becoming part of our family.
Congratulations to our 2021 Spring Co-Ed Champion – Sean “Numbers” Sears. Sean has been one of our regulars for many seasons and we’re a glad he has joined the family. In the past few seasons he has taken on the “mandatory 5 & 10” challenge and when the final match of the league comes down to an Ace throw, those many practices have paid off.
That’s right, in a thrilling victory over Matt “Savage” McCourt, Numbers won in sudden death with a throw that landed closer to the Ace than Savage. It was a fantastic way to end the season.
The entire Season was a lot of fun with 2 of our newer members topping the regular season leader board – Savage & Jeff “X-Factor” Pike.
